Freight shipping for grills and smokers typically takes 5-10 business days. Smaller accessories and sauces usually arrive within 3-5 business days via standard carrier.

Do you offer international shipping for sauces and rubs?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure the freshness and integrity of our food products.

What is your return policy on BBQ accessories?

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that food items, charcoal, and wood pellets are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Are your rubs and sauces gluten-free?

Can I track my freight delivery for a backyard smoker?

Yes, once your smoker ships, you will receive a tracking number and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
