At The Kansas City BBQ Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grilling gear and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
